Life can sometimes be difficult and challenging. With increasing levels of stress taking their toll on work performance, job satisfaction, relationships, finance and general wellbeing. We may feel lost, overwhelmed, bewildered or may simply be living life on a day-to-day basis making us feel that our life is lacking direction or sense of purpose.  We may often feel lost, confused or unfulfilled, without being aware of why we feel that way, we can help you pinpoint the underlying reasons for unhappiness and dissatisfaction. Often, you may attributed the reason to a particular cause, but, in actual fact, it may be a completely different cause altogether. You may feel a sense of disillusionment because you are unable  live you life that reflect your values and beliefs, your personal values may feel stifled or trampled on, and this may prevent you from moving forward and achieving their goals.

Life coaching is a gradual process, and we will be with you every step of the way to help you dig beneath the surface of your thoughts and beliefs to help you understand any internal obstacles that may be stopping you in achieving success and/or wellbeing.

Our Process

We follow a process where we will support you to

  1. Discover your aims and examine your life choices from a fresh and in-depth perspective.
  2. Help you to identify and uphold your values
  3. Understand concerns and challenges, being a sounding board and helping you to create realistic ideas to overcome these
  4. Provide empowering emotional and motivational support, especially during crucial decision-making phases and times of opportunities
  5. Identify and eliminate limiting beliefs, mental blocks and internal challenges.
  6. Form a clear and realistic vision of your future
  7. Formulate an action plan, and keep motivated to stay committed to your progress towards your goals

We take a holistic approach to the way we work with you. Many of our clients come to us for life coaching because they are not happy with their situation. They often feel stuck – feel like things are just OK, but not great. Deep inside they feel (and know!) that they’re capable of so much more than what they’re doing right now. They have the potential to accomplish something really special.
