Mindset coaching is similar to other types of talking therapy. At the Wellbeing Centre for Learning, Emma is a qualified therapist and NLP Master Practitioner where she works with you and tailors her coaching programmes to you.
The major difference is that a mindset coach will want to focus almost exclusively on their clients’ inner thought patterns.
